HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?

See all our products and let yourself be inspired. If you already know what you are looking for, use the menu in the navigation bar or the search bar to quickly find the product you are looking for. You can search by object category or let yourself be inspired by the "Collections" menu.

Once you have found the right product you can use the "Add to Cart" button to continue your purchases or the "Buy Now" button to go directly to checkout.

In the first case, you can check the items in your cart by clicking the icon at the top right of the page. Here you can also add your discount code in the appropriate box, then click "Apply" and you will see the updated price.

If you need to leave a particular note, for agreements made via email, to specify that it is a gift or to request an invoice, use the appropriate field.

Click on "checkout" to proceed.

You can shop as a guest or create your own account. You will be asked for your shipping details. You can proceed to payment. You will receive an email confirming your order.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No, you can also shop as a guest. Or you can create your account at the same time as your order, to facilitate your future accesses.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments from all credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express ), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay, you can also pay by bank transfer directly from your bank

I NEED THE INVOICE, HOW CAN I REQUEST IT?

In the cart, you will find the "notes" field where you can specify your invoice request. At the time of payment, in the checkout, you will find the additional fields "tax code" and "pec" (you can also enter the SDI code directly in the notes), moreover, you will find the space to indicate any billing address different from the shipping address.

Alternatively, you can write to shop@bepositive.it sending all your data. Remember that, according to Italian tax legislation, the invoice cannot be requested after the purchase has been made.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY ORDER?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact our customer service at shop@bepositive.it

Since we try to process and fulfill your order as fast as possible, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. The order can only be changed before shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment and will be delivered in Italy between 24/48h

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we create the shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number, directly from the courier in charge, so you can follow the progress of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason, within 30 days from when you take possession of the goods. The return is the responsibility of the consumer

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, international shipping is foreseen, which starts from 48/72h

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

The return (collection costs) must take place within 30 days of delivery. The customer can request a size change or refund at will. The return is the responsibility of the consumer

HOW LONG ARE THE REFUND TIMES?

As regards the repayment times, our administration issues them on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month. The refund can only take place following the effective arrival of the product in the warehouse and after having carried out the quality control (within max 5 days from the arrival of the product).
